According to scientific data, our body, like every cell of it, is 75%, the brain is 85%, the blood is 94% water. When a person is born in the womb, he is 99%, and when he is born, he is 90% water. But in old age we only have 65% water, that is, with its loss we begin to get sick and grow old. With a loss of 8% of water, a person falls into a semi-fainting state, with 10%, hallucinations and cardiac arrest begin, with a loss of 12%, death occurs.

Deprivation of water is much more dangerous than deprivation of food. A person can live without food for more than a month, but without water only a few days.

Our body has reserves of nutrients, which, when deficient, begin to be used sparingly. Biochemical reactions in the body occur constantly; the cell processes substances into energy, while releasing harmful waste substances into the intercellular space that must be removed from the body. And water does this.

What does the body do when there is not enough water? He begins to take it from the reserves, and then from the cells. From them, it can take up to 66% of the water requirement, but the cell itself is a living organism, it begins to protect itself by covering the holes for the entry and exit of water in the membrane with cholesterol.

Each cell is a whole world with its own center of government located in the core, with factories (processing nutrients and releasing harmful substances) and hydroelectric power stations, transport arteries (and there may also be traffic jams here). The function of protecting the cell is performed by its two-layer membrane with a complex system of receptor openings for the passage of water and nutrients and the removal of waste substances. The cell spends 70% of the energy generated on its life support and if there is a lack of water, the efficiency of its work decreases by 40-50%, where will the energy for work come from then?! Water can be taken from the intercellular space up to 6%, but then the harmful substances waste by the cell will not be removed, the processes occurring in the body will slow down, and as a result we will get gout, kidney stones and gall bladder, etc. Up to 8% of water can be taken from the blood, and therefore it thickens. Only water can prevent all these misfortunes, and neither tea, nor coffee, nor carbonated sweet drinks (they, according to WHO, are the most harmful substances for our health).

How much water should I drink?

In European countries, it is recommended to drink 30 - 35 ml per 1 kg of your weight. Europeans drink 15-20 times more bottled water than in Russia. Most of all in Italy, and it is not for nothing that the incidence of hypertension is the smallest there. The blood is more fluid, the vessels are elastic, the cells work, there is no cholesterol, and only water can do this. It is recommended to drink 2-3 liters of water per day, not various drinks.

Why don’t we drink enough water?

It turns out that the signals sent by the brain about a lack of water are very similar to the signals about hunger. And, of course, instead of drinking a glass of “tasteless” water, we put something tasty into our mouths to please our taste buds and wash it down with something sweet. Water does not increase in the body. And then we get upset when we step on the scale or have to buy a new suit a size larger.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO LOSE WEIGHT OR BE HEALTHY WITHOUT WATER!

When and how to drink water?

Drinking water in the morning is extremely important. During the night the body loses 600-1000 g of weight. The water left us - we breathed (breathing consumes 900-1000 ml of water per day), sweated, cells worked, and as a result, the body was dehydrated in the morning. Therefore, half an hour before meals, drink 300-400 ml. water, during this time the water will pass throughout the body and prepare the organs for digesting breakfast.

We remind you once again - do not confuse water with tea, coffee, sweet carbonated drinks, beer, etc.

Drink 2-2.5 hours after eating 200-250 ml of water in order to remove harmful substances released by the cell and so on: 200-250 ml 1-2 hours before meals and the same amount 2-2.5 hours after meals.

How to find out about a lack of water in the body?

Following the taste buds, many of us have almost completely eliminated water from our daily diet. Alas, all these drinks that allow you to “cheer yourself up” are not water; they kill the water structure that allows water to work with the cell.

The body quickly gets rid of such drinks, taking away water-soluble substances from them, which are often harmful to it. And if you drink water, it will work in the body, washing away harmful substances from the intercellular space, filtering them through the kidneys.

Chemical reactions are going on in the body all the time, and if you don’t drink water for a long time, this will lead to the fact that at the first stage you will have dark and then cloudy urine - this is the first signal of a lack of water in the body. If you do not provide the body with normal conditions for removing waste, then “non-standard” molecules, essentially toxins, will accumulate in organs and tissues, and in extreme cases, tumor degeneration of cells may occur.

To prevent this from happening, cells of the immune system and antibodies are involved in the fight against them, which are capable of independently structuring water and “burning” the enemy with the help of reactive oxygen species. But the main purpose of the immune system is to fight the "external" enemy, and if the fight against the "internal" enemy continues for too long, chronic inflammatory conditions can develop.

If you continue your lifestyle without drinking water, you will get sand, and then stones in the kidneys or gall bladder and many other diseases. The body gives a large number of signals about a lack of water; for each person they are individual and depend on the importance of organs for the body (as determined by the biocomputer) and their weakness, incl. and due to a lack of water and other vital chemical elements.

Everything happens as in natural selection in nature: the weakest dies first.
