Shipping & returns — PKSOVA (official Planeta Regionov distributor ID 846)

Dispatch warehouses
• PKSOVA warehouses: Russia, Germany (Fulda) and Ukraine. Orders ship from the stock that fits your address.
• EU / DE / PL / FR / ES: usually dispatched from Germany with DHL (or the carrier shown at checkout).
• Ukraine: Nova Poshta (branch or address) is available in checkout when UA is selected.
• Russia: when RU stock is available we ship within Russia; otherwise from the EU hub. International legs are typically via DHL. We do not list CDEK, Boxberry, cash-on-delivery or other methods that are not in checkout/tracking.
• The Moscow OOO Planeta Regionov address on the contact page is the manufacturer/registry office — not PKSOVA's only warehouse.

Indicative transit (business days after dispatch)
• Germany / nearby EU: often 2–5 days with DHL
• Poland / France / Spain / rest of EU: usually 3–8 days
• Ukraine (Nova Poshta): a few business days after handover
• Russia (from own RU stock): depends on the method shown at checkout
• Outside the EU / international: often 7–20 days including customs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by weight and region. RU visitors may see product prices in RUB. Free-shipping promos apply only when shown in the cart.

Loyalty bonuses
• Welcome bonus on registration, review bonus, and about 5% of the order total (excluding shipping) after delivery — credited to store balance. Details in your account.

Tracking
After dispatch you receive a tracking number (DHL, Nova Poshta, or another real carrier from checkout). Status is also in your account.

We do not promise SBP, CDEK or cash-on-delivery as standard storefront options.

Returns (14 days)
Unused item, factory packaging and order confirmation kept. Contact support for a return address; refunds usually within 7–14 days after we receive the parcel. Return shipping is paid by the buyer except for defects or our error.
