In order to enter the project and become a partner, it is necessary to conclude an agreement with the company. The partner is given an individual number, which is entered into the database.

The agreement indicates the place where the agreement is placed (name, individual number and shoulder number of the higher Partner) and the sponsor (name and his individual number). Without this data, the Agreement cannot be executed.

Each Partner of the Company can conclude an unlimited number of personal Agreements in MP, i.e. he may have several places of business, the first of which will be his main one. At the same time, "sellers" can draw up Agreements in their own name, developing their own structure, indicating themselves as a senior Partner and as a sponsor.

The cost of the deal is 18,800 rubles (Moscow price, in the regions mark-ups are made for organizational and warehouse costs for maintaining the warehouse);

Production for the contract is issued in the equivalent of 12 shares.

BONUS FOR PERSONALLY INVITED PARTNER

After execution of the first Agreement, the Partner receives a business place in the structure and has the right to receive retail income - BONUS PER PERSONALLY INVITED from the entry of all new Partners whom he PERSONALLY invited.

The bonus is 25 units. Accordingly, 25 u.o. * 60 = 1500 rubles.

Main bonus

Bonuses are accrued in stages according to the closed cycles between two adjacent shoulders to close the 1st cycle, then the selection mechanism operates (information in clause 2.6).

A partner can develop his structure up to 6 shoulders wide at the same time. However, bonuses will be accrued and paid out only after the gradual closing of the 1st cycles, first between the 1st and 2nd shoulders, then between the 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th and 5th and 6th shoulders..

The stages for which bonuses are accrued form cycles, and they are closed when a certain level of turnover is reached in an equal ratio of both arms.

To close the cycle, a minimum turnover of 44:44 is required, i.e. at least 44 Agreements in the 1st arm and at least 44 Agreements in the 2nd arm.

When closing the cycle, if there are more than 44 Contracts in one or both arms, the new cycle begins to take into account the new settlement week with an initial balance of 0:0.

A necessary condition for receiving bonuses is to have one Personally Invited (LP) in each shoulder.

After closing the 1st cycle, to accrue bonuses in the 2nd cycle, you need to have 2 more new LPs.

After closing the 2nd cycle, to accrue bonuses in the 3rd cycle, you need to have 1 more new LP.

Accrued bonuses for the 1st cycle become active only if there are 2 LPs in different shoulders, in the 2nd cycle - 2 LPs, in the 3rd cycle - 1 LP.

To receive all bonuses for closing cycles between all shoulders, a minimum of 5 LPs must be done. The partner can do them immediately in the 1st cycle. The number of LPs is not limited.

In one week, the Partner can close no more than one cycle between adjacent shoulders.

CYCLE BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND SHOULDERS

The Company partner develops the main structure in 2 arms (1 and 2 arms), while cumulatively closing the stages, receives the following bonuses:

Together, for closing the cycle between the 1st and 2nd shoulders, the Partner receives a total of 1700 u.o. (102,000 rubles)

IMPORTANT: 1st stage (4:4) – 100 u.o. is paid only in the 1st cycle, after its closure, starting from the 2nd cycle, regardless of which shoulders the turnover is created, bonus accrual and payment is carried out immediately for the 1st and 2nd stages (11:11) in total, i.e.

CYCLE BETWEEN 2ND AND 3RD SHOULDERS

The turnover of the 2nd shoulder is taken into account for the calculation of bonuses when closing the cycle between the 2nd and 3rd shoulders.

That is. in the case of turnover in the 3rd arm of the 4th Agreement, a bonus of 100 u.o. is accrued, because shoulder ratio (4:4) is performed. And then all stages are closed at closing

Developing 3 shoulders at the same time, the turnover is taken into account between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd shoulders, i.e. in one week, a bonus can be credited for 2 closed cycles between adjacent arms, upon reaching a minimum of 44 Deals in each arm. The total amount of the bonus will be 5,200 u.o.

CYCLE BETWEEN 3RD AND 4TH SHOULDERS

The turnover of the 3rd shoulder is taken into account for the calculation of bonuses when closing the cycle between the 3rd and 4th shoulders.

That is. in the case of turnover in the 4th shoulder to the 4th Agreement, a bonus of 100 u.o. is accrued, because shoulder ratio (4:4) is performed. And then all stages are closed.

The total amount of bonuses will be 10,500 u.o.

CYCLE BETWEEN 4TH AND 5TH SHOULDERS

The turnover of the 4th shoulder is taken into account for the calculation of bonuses when closing the cycle between the 4th and 5th shoulders.

That is. in the case of turnover in the 5th shoulder to the 4th Agreement, a bonus of 100 u.o. is accrued, because shoulder ratio (4:4) is performed. And then all stages are closed.

Developing 5 shoulders, the turnover is taken into account between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th shoulders, ie. in one week Partner can close 4 cycles between adjacent shoulders at the same time.

The total amount of bonuses will be 17,600 u.o.

CYCLE BETWEEN 5TH AND 6TH SHOULDERS

The turnover of the 5th shoulder is taken into account for the calculation of bonuses when closing the cycle between the 5th and 6th shoulders.

That is. in the case of turnover in the 5th shoulder to the 4th Agreement, a bonus of 100 u.o. is accrued, because shoulder ratio (4:4) is performed. And then all stages are closed.

In one week, the Partner can close no more than one cycle between adjacent shoulders. Developing 6 shoulders, the turnover is taken into account between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th, 5th and 6th shoulders, etc. e. in a week, the Partner can close 5 cycles between adjacent shoulders.

When closing the cycle between the 5th and 6th shoulders, for which a bonus of 5,300 U.O. is accrued, all subsequent cycles, between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th, as well as between the 5th and 6th shoulders, will be 5,300 U.O. for each cycle.

Together, after the closing of the cycle between the 5th and 6th arms in the previous reporting period (week), the amount of bonuses for the simultaneous closure of the cycles between all arms will be 26,500 u.o.

A PARTNER CAN START TO DEVELOP ALL 6 SHOULDERS AT THE SAME TIME, CONSIDERING THAT:

  • Bonuses for the closed cycle between the 2nd and 3rd shoulders are activated only after the closing of the 1st cycle between the 1st and 2nd shoulders
  • Bonuses for the closed cycle between the 3rd and 4th shoulders are activated only after the closing of the 1st cycle between the 2nd and 3rd shoulders
  • Bonuses for the closed cycle between the 4th and 5th arms are activated only after the closing of the 1st cycle between the 3rd and 4th arms
  • Bonuses for the closed cycle between the 5th and 6th shoulders are activated only after the closing of the 1st cycle between the 4th and 5th shoulders

BONUSES FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING CYCLES ARE ACCURATE WITHOUT DEPENDENCE ON THE ORDER OF PAIRS OF ADJACENT SHOULDERS.

THUS, THE TURNOVER OF 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Shoulders is taken into account twice when calculating bonuses.

SELECTION MECHANISM

The selection mechanism operates from the 2nd cycle after the closing of the first cycles between all shoulders where the turnover is created.

This mechanism allows you to calculate bonuses if at least two shoulders out of six develop - there is a new turnover. To close the cycle, the turnover of DIFFERENT SHOULDERS will be taken, the nearest right and left, starting from one shoulder.

If there is a turnover of 44 or more than 44 SIMULTANEOUSLY, in more than two different arms - the loop will be closed between the nearest arms, starting from one arm.

The cycle closed by the selection mechanism increases the number of closed cycles between two adjacent arms (1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, etc.) that have reached the highest turnover.

FOR CLOSING THIS CYCLE, THE PARTNER IS ACCREDITED WITH A BONUS CORRESPONDING TO THE ACHIEVED (NUMBER OF CLOSED CYCLES, STARTING WITH BETWEEN THE 1ST AND 2ND SHOULDER. DRUGS 5300 UE).

According to the selection mechanism, 2 (P-55) and 4 arms (L-47) will participate in closing the cycle. After closing, the Agreements counter of these selected P and L will be equal to 0.

And the number of closed loops between the 2nd and 3rd shoulders will be 6, since more loops were closed.

For closing this cycle, the Partner is credited with a Bonus corresponding to what has been achieved. The partner in this example has already reached 3500 units, as he has already closed the first cycles between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th shoulders..

BONUS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PERSONALLY INVITED PARTNER

PERSONALLY INVITED PARTNERS CAN BE IN ANY SHOULDER.

This bonus will be credited even if the Partner has only one Personally Invited Partner.

THE BONUS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PERSONALLY INVITED IS PAID IN THREE "GENERATIONS".

You are the "ancestor of a generation".

The first "generation" is your Personally Invited Partners.

Second "generation" - Personally Invited by your Partners from the first "generation".

Third "generation" - Personally Invited by your Partners from the second "generation".

YOUR BONUSES AS A "GENERATION FOUNDER":

CAREER GROWTH IN THE COMPANY

Bronze Principal – 3 cycles between any adjacent shoulder width or any adjacent shoulder depth.

Silver Director – 10 closed loops between any adjacent arms or having 1 Bronze Director in any 4 of 6 arms. Gold Director – 30 closed loops between any adjacent arms or having 1 Silver Director in any 4 of 6 arms.

Platinum Director – 50 closed loops between any adjacent arms or having 1 Gold Director in any 4 of 6 arms.

Diamond Director – 80 closed cycles between any adjacent arms or having 1 Platinum Director in any 4 of 6 arms.

If the Partner has confirmed his business location within the specified period, bonuses are accrued, if he has not confirmed - bonuses are not accrued and the growth of the structure is frozen.

1. The growth of the structure resumes from the moment of confirmation of the business location and conclusion of new contracts.

2. Confirmation of the business location does not count toward building the structure. Bonuses can be credited only after confirmation of business location.
