According to the manufacturer's description, it is not the substance itself that is transferred to the CFS plate, but its polarization—an informational image. Each letter has a general list of components whose polarization is inscribed on the plates of that letter. For the letter R, the card lists, in particular, vitamins (D3, A, C, E, B group), amino acids, minerals (zinc, selenium, magnesium), enzymes, plant extracts and oils (maritime pine, thyme, plantain, eucalyptus, chamomile, lavender), and mushrooms (reishi, chaga, cordyceps).
