Recommendations for using CFS series “C”:

1. Use CFS as a stand for a glass (container) in which you pour clean water. The water will be ready for consumption in a few seconds.
2. Maintain an adequate intake of clean drinking informated water. WHO recommendations: 30-40 ml per 1 kg of body weight per day. The volume can be adjusted upwards or downwards depending on individual recommendations, weather conditions, and the region of stay.

1. Applications (placing CFS on the projection of the heart and blood vessels): apply the plate to the chest area, neck (carotid arteries), or wrists (pulse zone). 15-30 minutes 2-3 times a day. Exposure time: 20-40 minutes, can be fixed with a soft bandage without pressure. Limitation: if you have a pacemaker, do not wear CFS directly over the heart.
2. In acute conditions (blood pressure spikes, tachycardia): hold the plate in the left hand or on the chest until the condition stabilizes.

4. Conduct enrichment using CFS technologies with various means (drops, herbal teas, herbal collections, etc.), their preventive use, or according to the recommendations of specialized specialists. Place or put the bottle (glass) on CFS for a few minutes. The lid can be opened to speed up the process.

6. Integration into comprehensive programs:

1. Along with cardio workouts and physical therapy, CFS helps support the functional state of the cardiovascular system. It is recommended to wear the plate in the area of the heart or on the wrist during exercises. Limitation: if you have a pacemaker, do not wear CFS directly over the heart, so keep it on the wrist.

• To reduce stress load: carry CFS in your pocket (closer to the heart) or keep it under your pillow, on the bedside table during sleep.

Using CFS requires a systematic approach to achieve a sustainable result. Below are general usage schemes depending on goals.

1. Prevention and general strengthening of the cardiovascular system:

• Minimum course: 14-21 days (daily 1-2 times a day for 20-30 minutes).
• Optimal course: 1-3 months with a break of 7-10 days between cycles.

2. Support for chronic conditions (hypertension, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease):

• Basic course: 1-2 months (2-3 times a day for 30-40 minutes).
• Support scheme: 3-6 months with alternating different CFS.
• Mode:
  • In the morning - support for the functional state of the cardiovascular system.
  • During the day - reduction of stress load.
  • In the evening - improvement of sleep and recovery.

3. Rehabilitation after surgeries and acute conditions

• Intensive course: 2-3 months (3-4 times a day for 30-60 minutes).
• Additionally:
  • Use CFS during physical therapy and physiotherapy procedures.
  • Apply the plate to the area of postoperative stitches (if there are no contraindications).
  • After stabilization: switch to a maintenance mode (1-2 times a day).

4. Acute conditions (blood pressure spikes, arrhythmia, stress)

• Emergency use: until the condition stabilizes (from 15 minutes to 2 hours continuously).
• Subsequent correction: 3-5 days with 3-4 sessions a day to consolidate the result.

5. Sports loads and active lifestyle

• Before training: 15-20 minutes to support endurance.
• After training: 20-30 minutes to restore heart rhythm.
• Course during increased loads: 1-2 months daily.

Important clarifications!

• During pregnancy, lactation, taking medications, or chronic conditions, consult a specialist.
• In case of pain in the heart area and other doubts, coordinate the use with a doctor.

• Individual adaptation: time may be adjusted depending on the body's sensitivity.
• Breaks: after 2-3 months of continuous use, a pause of 1-2 weeks is recommended.

Example of a scheme:

• Morning: CFS on the heart area (30 minutes) + informated water.
• Day: Carrying in the pocket (1-2 hours) + informated water.
• Evening: Application before sleep (20 minutes) + informated water.

For a sustainable result, constant or course application is recommended (at least 3-4 cycles per year).

• Always maintain a drinking regimen; do not carry the Correctors on/in yourself in the following cases:
  • If you have a pacemaker, do not wear CFS directly over the power source, as this will shorten the battery life.
  • During surgical operations involving anesthesia, as anesthesia may not take effect.
  • During electrophysiological studies of the body (ECG, EEG, etc.) to avoid affecting the study results.
  • In acute surgical conditions requiring immediate surgical assistance.
  • If there are stones in internal organs (especially in the gallbladder), use CFS with caution, wear it not constantly, but in a measured way.
  • It is not recommended to use Correctors if you have undergone organ transplantation surgery, as CFS supports immunity, which may affect the condition after transplantation.
