N-4 CFS Nervous System

Recommendations for using CFS series “N”:

1. Use CFS as a stand for a glass (container) into which you pour clean water. The water will be ready for consumption in a few seconds.
2. Follow the intake of an adequate amount of clean, informatized drinking water. WHO recommendations: 30-40 ml per 1 kg of body weight per day. The volume can be adjusted upwards or downwards depending on individual recommendations, weather conditions, and the region of stay.
3. Local impact:

1. Applications (placing CFS) on key areas: cervical collar zone - for vegetative disorders, temples - for migraines and headaches, palms - for general impact. Duration of exposure: 20-40 minutes, 1-3 times a day.
2. In acute conditions - keep the plate in the area of discomfort until improvement.

4. Conduct enrichment using CFS technologies for the structure of various means, their preventive application, or according to the recommendations of specialized specialists. Place or put the bottle (glass) on CFS for a few minutes. The lid can be opened to speed up the process.
5. Using CFS in combination with therapeutic and rehabilitation methods allows: Accelerate recovery after neurological disorders, TBI and strokes, enhance neuroplasticity, improving cognitive functions and memory, reduce the pharmacological load in chronic neurological conditions, activate the regeneration of nerve tissue, normalize the work of the autonomic nervous system, reduce the consequences of stress and emotional overload.
6. Integration into comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation programs:

1. Together with physical therapy and neurorehabilitation enhances neuroplasticity. It is recommended to wear CFS: on the neck (vertebral artery zone), on the head (frontal or occipital area), on the wrist (pulse zone)
2. In case of cognitive disorders - applications on the frontal area. Apply applications to problematic areas (15-30 minutes 2-3 times a day).
3. In case of headaches - apply to the painful area.
4. To improve sleep - under the pillow or on the bedside table.

7. Combination with physiotherapy and rehabilitation procedures.

• In magnetotherapy, laser exposure place CFS on the device or in the area of exposure for resonant enhancement of the effect.
• In electrophoresis, electronic nerve stimulation - use structured solutions to increase effectiveness.
• In SPA procedures - for a relaxing effect.

8. Additional methods:

• To reduce stress: constant wearing in the pocket/on the body
• In case of sleep disorders: placement at the head of the bed
• To improve cognitive functions: structuring drinking water
• In periods of increased loads: preventive courses.
• In chronic conditions - long-term courses (3-6 months).
• In acute conditions - intensive use until improvement.
• For prevention - cyclical use.
• Maximum effect is achieved with a comprehensive approach with lifestyle correction

Important clarifications!

• CFS does not replace medication therapy! 
• In case of severe pathologies, medical supervision is mandatory.

• Individual adaptation: time may be adjusted depending on the sensitivity of the body.
• Breaks: after 2-3 months of continuous use, a break of 1-2 weeks is recommended.
• For a stable result, constant or course use (is recommended at least 3-4 cycles per year).

• Always maintain a drinking regimen, do not wear the Correctors on/with you in the following cases:
  • If you have an artificial cardiac pacemaker (electrocardiostimulator), do not wear CFS in the direct projection of the source of its power, as this will shorten the battery life.
  • During surgical operations with anesthesia, as anesthesia may not take effect.
  • During electrophysiological examinations of the body (ECG, EEG, etc.), so as not to affect the results of the examination.
  • In acute surgical diseases requiring immediate surgical assistance.
  • In case of stones in internal organs (especially in the gallbladder), CFS should be used with caution, not worn constantly, but in a dosed manner.
  • It is not recommended to use Correctors if you have undergone organ transplantation surgery, as CFS promotes immune recovery, which may lead to organ rejection.
