CFS is recommended for use according to an individual scheme depending on tasks and well-being.

Recommendations for using CFS series “V”:

  1. Use CFS as a stand for a glass (container) into which you pour clean water. The water will be ready for consumption in a few seconds.
  2. Maintain an adequate intake of clean drinking informated water. WHO recommendations: 30-40 ml per 1 kg of body weight per day. The volume can be adjusted upwards or downwards depending on individual recommendations, weather conditions, and the region of stay.
  3. Conduct enrichment using CFS technology with various means (drops, ointments, etc.), their preventive use, or according to the recommendations of specialized professionals. Place or put the bottle (tube) on CFS for a few minutes. The cap can be opened to speed up the process.
  4. Place CFS next to the monitor to reduce the harmful effects of the screen.

Methods of using CFS for the eyes:
