CFS is recommended to be used according to an individual scheme depending on tasks and well-being.

Recommendations for using CFS series “G”:

  1. Use CFS as a stand for a glass (container) in which you pour clean water. The water will be ready for consumption in a few seconds.
  2. Maintain an adequate intake of clean drinking informated water. WHO recommendations: 30-40 ml per 1 kg of body weight per day. The volume can be adjusted upwards or downwards depending on individual recommendations, weather conditions, and the region of stay.
  3. Local impact on organs: applications (local impact). Important: the skin must be clean and dry. Do not apply to open wounds.
  1. Men: apply CFS to the area of the prostate projection (perineum/lower abdomen), to the lumbar-sacral area, or to the scrotum for 15-30 minutes 1-2 times a day.
  2. Women: apply CFS to the lower abdomen (projection of the uterus/ovaries), to the lumbar-sacral area, or to the mammary glands for 15-30 minutes 1-2 times a day.
