To join the project and become a partner, you must enter into an agreement with the company. The partner is assigned an individual number, which is entered into the database.

The agreement specifies the place where the agreement is placed (full name, individual number and shoulder number of the superior Partner) and the sponsor (full name and individual number). Without this data, the Agreement cannot be executed.

Each Partner of the Company has the opportunity to conclude an unlimited number of personal Agreements in MP, i.e. he may have several business places, the very first of which will be his main one. At the same time, “sellers” can draw up Agreements in their own name, developing their own structure, indicating themselves as a higher-level Partner and as a sponsor.

The cost of the agreement is 18,800 rubles (Moscow price, in the regions mark-ups are made for organizational and warehouse costs for maintaining a warehouse);

Products for the contract are issued in the equivalent of 12 shares.

Conventional unit of the company 1 cu. = 60 rub.

The calculation period for accruing the main MP bonus is 1 week.

BONUS FOR A PERSONALLY INVITED PARTNER

After execution of the first Agreement, the Partner receives a business place in the structure and has the right to receive retail income - BONUS FOR PERSONALLY INVITED from the entry of all new Partners whom he PERSONALLY invited.

The bonus is 25 USD. Accordingly, 25 USD * 60 = 1500 rub.

Main bonus

Bonuses are awarded in stages in accordance with closed cycles between 2 adjacent arms to close the 1st cycle, then the selection mechanism operates (information in clause 2.6).

The partner can develop his structure in the width of up to 6 shoulders at the same time. However, bonuses will be accrued and paid only after the gradual closure of the 1st cycles, first between the 1st and 2nd arms, then between the 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th and 5th and 6th arms.

The stages for which bonuses are awarded form cycles, and they close when a certain level of turnover is reached in an equal ratio of both arms.

To close the cycle, a minimum turnover of 44:44 is required, i.e. no less than 44 Agreements in the 1st arm and no less than 44 Agreements in the 2nd arm.

When a cycle is closed, if there are more than 44 Agreements in one or both arms, the new cycle begins to count from a new settlement week with an initial balance of 0:0.

A necessary condition for receiving bonuses is to have one Personally Invited (PI) in each shoulder.

After closing the 1st cycle, you must have 2 more new LPs to accrue bonuses in the 2nd cycle.

After closing the 2nd cycle, in order to accrue bonuses in the 3rd cycle, you must have 1 more new LP.

Accrued bonuses for the 1st cycle become active only if there are 2 LPs in different arms, in the 2nd cycle - 2 LPs, in the 3rd cycle - 1 LP.

To receive all bonuses for closing cycles between all arms, you must make a minimum of 5 LP. The partner can do them immediately in the 1st cycle. The number of drugs is not limited.

In one week, the Partner can close no more than 1 cycle between adjacent shoulders.

CYCLE BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND SHOULDER

The Company's partner develops the main structure in 2 arms (1st and 2nd arms), while cumulatively completing the stages, receives the following bonuses:

In total, for closing the cycle between the 1st and 2nd arms, the Partner receives a total of 1,700 USD. (RUB 102,000)

IMPORTANT: 1st stage (4:4) – 100 USD is paid only in the 1st cycle, after its closure, starting from the 2nd cycle, regardless of which shoulders the trade turnover is created in, bonuses are accrued and paid immediately for the 1st and 2nd stages (11:11) in total, i.e.

CYCLE BETWEEN THE 2ND AND 3RD SHOULDER

The turnover of the 2nd arm is taken into account for the calculation of bonuses when the cycle between the 2nd and 3rd arms is closed.

I.e. with trade turnover in the 3rd arm of the 4th Agreement, a bonus of 100 USD is awarded, because The shoulder ratio is maintained (4:4). And also all stages are closed further when closing

In total, for closing a cycle between the 2nd and 3rd arms, a bonus in the amount of 2600 USD is awarded. (RUB 156,000)

By building a structure in three arms, to close the cycle between the 2nd and 3rd arms, the turnover required is 2 times less - only 44 Agreements in the 3rd arm, while the bonus size is higher.

TURNOVER IN THE 2ND LAND IS CONSIDERED TWICE – TO CLOSE THE CYCLE BETWEEN THE 1ST AND 2ND SHOULDERS, AND ALSO BETWEEN THE 2ND AND 3RD SHOULDERS.

When a cycle is closed between the 2nd and 3rd arms, for which a bonus of 2600 USD is awarded, all subsequent cycles between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd shoulders will be 2600 USD.

By developing 3 arms at the same time, the turnover is taken into account between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd arms, i.e. in one week, a bonus can be awarded for 2 closed cycles between adjacent arms, upon reaching a minimum of 44 Agreements in each arm. The total bonus amount will be 5200 USD

CYCLE BETWEEN THE 3RD AND 4TH SHOULDER

The turnover of the 3rd arm is taken into account for the calculation of bonuses when the cycle between the 3rd and 4th arms is closed.

I.e. with trade turnover in the 4th arm of 4 Agreements, a bonus of 100 USD is awarded, because The shoulder ratio is maintained (4:4). And then all stages are closed.

In total, for closing a cycle between the 3rd and 4th arms, a bonus of 3500 USD is awarded.

By building a structure in four arms, to close the cycle between the 3rd and 4th arms, the turnover required is 2 times less - only 44 Agreements in the 4th arm, while the size of the Bonuses is higher.

TURNOVER IN THE 3RD LAND IS COUNTED TWICE – TO CLOSE THE CYCLE BETWEEN THE 2ND AND 3RD AND ALSO BETWEEN THE 3RD AND 4TH.

When a cycle is closed between the 3rd and 4th arms, for which a bonus of 3500 USD is awarded, all subsequent cycles between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd shoulders, as well as between the 3rd and 4th shoulders, will be 3500 USD. for each cycle.

By developing 4 arms, the turnover is taken into account between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th arms, i.e. in one week a bonus can be awarded for 3 closed cycles between adjacent arms.

The total amount of bonuses will be 10,500 USD

CYCLE BETWEEN THE 4TH AND 5TH SHOULDER

The turnover of the 4th arm is taken into account for the calculation of bonuses when the cycle between the 4th and 5th arms is closed.

I.e. with trade turnover in the 5th leg of 4 Agreements, a bonus of 100 USD is awarded, because The shoulder ratio is maintained (4:4). And then all stages are closed.

In total, for closing a cycle between the 4th and 5th arms, a bonus in the amount of 4400 USD is awarded

By building a structure in five arms, to close the cycle between the 4th and 5th arms, the turnover required is 2 times less - only 44 Agreements in the 5th arm, while the size of the bonuses is higher.

TURNOVER IN THE 4TH LAND IS COUNTED TWICE – TO CLOSE THE CYCLE BETWEEN THE 3RD AND 4TH LEAGS, AND ALSO BETWEEN THE 4TH AND 5TH SHOULDERS.

When a cycle is closed between the 4th and 5th arms, for which a bonus of 4400 USD is awarded, all subsequent cycles, between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, as well as between the 4th and 5th shoulders, will be 4400 USD. for each cycle.

Developing 5 arms, the turnover is taken into account between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th arms, i.e. in one week, the Partner can close 4 cycles between adjacent shoulders at the same time.

The total amount of bonuses will be 17,600 USD

CYCLE BETWEEN THE 5TH AND 6TH SHOULDERS

The turnover of the 5th arm is taken into account for the calculation of bonuses when the cycle between the 5th and 6th arms is closed.

I.e. with trade turnover in the 5th leg of 4 Agreements, a bonus of 100 USD is awarded, because The shoulder ratio is maintained (4:4). And then all stages are closed.

In total, for closing a cycle between the 5th and 6th arms, a bonus of 5300 USD is awarded.

By building a structure in six arms, to close the cycle between the 5th and 6th arms, the turnover required is 2 times less - only 44 Agreements in the 6th arm, while the size of the bonuses is higher.

THE TRADE TURNOVER IN THE 5TH LEG IS COUNTED TWICE – TO CLOSE THE CYCLE BETWEEN THE 4TH AND 5TH LEVERAGES AND ALSO BETWEEN THE 5TH AND 6TH LEVERAGES.

In one week, the Partner can close no more than one cycle between adjacent shoulders. By developing 6 arms, the turnover is taken into account between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th, 5th and 6th arms, i.e. in one week, the Partner can close 5 cycles between adjacent shoulders.

When a cycle is closed between the 5th and 6th arms, for which a bonus of 5300 USD is awarded, all subsequent cycles, between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th, as well as between the 5th and 6th shoulders, will be 5300 USD. for each cycle.

Total, after closing the cycle between the 5th and 6th arms in the previous reporting period (week), the amount of bonuses with the simultaneous closure of cycles between all arms will be 26,500 cu.

A PARTNER CAN START DEVELOPING ALL 6 SHOULDERS AT THE SAME TIME, CONSIDERING THAT:

• Bonuses for a closed cycle between the 2nd and 3rd shoulders are activated only after the closure of the 1st cycle between the 1st and 2nd shoulders
• Bonuses for a closed cycle between the 3rd and 4th arms are activated only after the closure of the 1st cycle between the 2nd and 3rd arms
• Bonuses for a closed cycle between the 4th and 5th arms are activated only after the 1st cycle is closed between the 3rd and 4th arms
• Bonuses for a closed cycle between the 5th and 6th arms are activated only after the 1st cycle is closed between the 4th and 5th arms

BONUSES FOR ALL SUBSEQUENT CYCLES ARE ACCRUED REGARDLESS OF THE INCREASING ORDINARY ORDER OF PAIRS OF NEIGHBORING LEVERAGES.

THUS, TRADE TURNOVER OF THE 2ND, 3RD, 4TH AND 5TH LEGS IS COUNTERED TWICE WHEN CALCULATING BONUSES.

SELECTION MECHANISM

The selection mechanism operates from the 2nd cycle after the closure of the first cycles between all arms where trade turnover is created.

This mechanism allows you to accrue bonuses if at least two out of six shoulders develop - there is a new trade turnover. To close the cycle, the turnover of DIFFERENT SHOULDERS will be taken, the closest to the right and to the left, starting from the 1st shoulder.

If there is a turnover equal to 44 or over 44 AT THE SAME TIME, in more than two different arms, the cycle will close between the nearest arms, starting from the 1st arm.

A cycle closed by the selection mechanism increases the number of closed cycles between two adjacent arms (1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, etc.) that have achieved the greatest turnover.

FOR CLOSING THIS CYCLE, THE PARTNER WILL BE AWARDED A BONUS CORRESPONDING TO THE ACHIEVED (NUMBER OF CLOSED CYCLES, STARTING BETWEEN THE 1ST AND 2ND LEVERAGES 1700 USD TO BETWEEN THE 5TH AND 6TH SHOULDERS 5300 U.E.).

In accordance with the selection mechanism, the 2nd (P-55) and 4th arms (L-47) will participate in closing the cycle. After closing, the Agreement counter in these selected P and L will become equal to 0.

And the number of closed cycles between the 2nd and 3rd arms will become 6, since more cycles were closed.

For closing this cycle, the Partner is awarded a Bonus corresponding to what has been achieved. The partner in this example has already reached 3500 USD, since he has already closed the first cycles between the 1st and 2nd, 2nd and 3rd, 3rd and 4th shoulders.

BONUS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A PERSONALLY INVITED PARTNER

PERSONALLY INVITED PARTNERS CAN BE LOCATED IN ANY BRANCH.

This bonus will be awarded even if the Partner has only one Personally Referred Partner.

The BONUS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PERSONALLY INVITE IS PAID THREE “GENERATIONS” DEPTH.

The first “generation” is your Personally Invited Partners.

Second “generation” – Personally Invited by your Partners from the first “generation”.

CAREER GROWTH IN THE COMPANY

Bronze director - 3 cycles between any adjacent shoulders in width or any adjacent shoulders in depth.

CONFIRMING YOUR BUSINESS PLACE

Each Business Partner, in order to continue cooperation with the Company, is required to confirm his business place one year from the date of signing the contract or from the date of previous confirmation plus 2 months.

If the Partner has confirmed his business place within the specified period, bonuses are awarded, if he has not confirmed, bonuses are not awarded and the growth of the structure is frozen.

1.The growth of the structure resumes from the moment the business location is confirmed and new contracts are concluded.

2. Confirmation of a business location does not count towards building a structure. Bonuses can only be awarded after confirmation of a business location.
