For every Koltsov CFS plate, the manufacturer, Planeta Regionov, specifies the water structuring time — how long a water container should be placed on the plate. These figures vary significantly: from 10–15 seconds for Blue series plates with 8 elements to 14 hours for "Tayny vselennoy" from the Elite series. We have reviewed all catalog entries and compiled the data into tables: by series, the Collection series, the longest-lasting Elite series plates, their "special time," and bracelets. For series where plates are produced with both 5 and 8 elements, the manufacturer provides two values. Other series have a single value in their product description.

The shortest and simplest values to remember are for the numbered plates. The Blue Basic series (CFS 1–8): 5 minutes for 5-element CFS and 10–15 seconds for 8-element CFS. The Lilac (CFS 9–16), Gold (No. 17–24), and Green series follow the 5 minutes and 15 seconds rule. The same applies to all 22 plates of the Exclusive series, from "Amarant" to "Molodilnoye yablochko". Within these series, the time does not depend on the plate name—it only differs by the version: 5 or 8 elements.
There is no single value for the Collection series. Below are representative plates from the fastest to the longest.

Two plates in the series are listed in only one version: "Olgir" (10 minutes for 5-element CFS) and "Fungimin" (10 minutes for 8-element CFS). The reason for the different times lies in the composition: many contain water from specific sources, such as those in Mongolia—this is discussed in the article Koltsov CFS with water from Mongolia. The eight plates of the "Arcanum" series have specific values: 15 minutes for "Gepalyuks", "Artenol", "Migrenon", "Relaksium", "Antitrombin"; 20 minutes for "Immunum", "Aterius", "Maksimus". The "Myriads" line includes three plates: "Premudrost" (18 minutes), "Zavety Predkov" (20 minutes), and "Sin Kamen" (25 minutes).
The Elite series contains 151 plates, with structuring time specified for 131 of them. The distribution is as follows: 87 plates take up to 1 hour (most commonly 15 minutes—33 plates—and 20 minutes—20 plates), 10 plates take 2 to 3 hours, and 34 plates take 4 hours or longer. The shortest time is 10 minutes, for example, for "Barsky Rodnik", "Drevniy tselitel", and "Istselyayushchiy Arshan".
