CFS "Relaxium": Recommendations for Use

CFS (functional state corrector) is recommended to be used according to a scheme agreed upon with a consultant; the contact time and body areas are selected individually.

Noticeable changes in condition are often noted after 3-4 weeks; with prolonged use, the period may be 1.5-3 months or more.

Choose the contact area and time together with a consultant, following the brand's methods; the heart area is not used for direct contact — instead, the brand's methods use pumping through the bone system.

It can be combined with the application of structured water or external agents after structuring on the limbs.

• Use as an independent means for prevention, in complex programs including recommended medications and procedures by specialists.
• Necessary for elderly people to support intellectual abilities and stress resistance.
• Drink clean water structured on CFS, according to WHO recommendations: 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight per day. Consider the characteristics of your region: in hot climates, be sure to increase your water intake.
• Perform general strengthening pumps* 1-2 times a day, use in conjunction with other Correctors in this area**
• In cases of nervous tension, a person often stops breathing deeply and switches to shallow breathing, which can lead to the development of hypoxia. Therefore, in a state of anxiety, apply CFS to the chest, inhale slowly for 4 counts, hold the breath for 4 counts, then exhale slowly for 4 counts. Repeat several times.
• Supplement prevention and support with products from the "OXYchlorophyll" and "Resveratrol FORTE" lines.
• Complement CFS with aromatherapy. Various application options are possible: aroma lamps, pendants, diffusers. If you need to calm down quickly - just apply a drop of oil to the pulse area or drop oil on a napkin (handkerchief) and inhale the aroma for 1-2 minutes. For constant stress, a relaxing massage with the use of the following essential oils, structured on this CFS, helps: orange, bay, bergamot, valerian, jasmine, ylang-ylang, cedar, lavender, frankincense, marjoram, mandarin, lemon balm, myrrh, mint, neroli, patchouli, rose, chamomile, sandalwood, black cumin.
