Instructions for use of the drug.
Dosage form. Transparent, colorless or light yellow liquid for internal use with a characteristic iodine, bitter-spicy odor.
Composition. Stevia leaves, soddy pike grass, ground reed grass, liquid amizon (enisamia iodide), proteflazide, carboxylic acid, hydrochloric acid solution.
Pharmacodynamics. The antivirus has an inhibitory effect on viruses, has interferonogenic properties, increases the body's resistance to viral infections, and has anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects. Amizon enhances immunity by increasing the level of endogenous interferon in the blood plasma by 3-4 times and increasing the titer of antibodies to infectious agents, as well as cellular immunity - by stimulating the functional activity of T-lymphocytes and macrophages.
Pharmacokinetics. After oral administration, amizone quickly enters the bloodstream, reaching its maximum concentration 2-2.5 hours after administration. It is quickly eliminated from tissues (half-life 2-3 hours), metabolized in the liver. 90-95% is excreted from the body in the urine in the form of metabolites. The half-life is 13.5-14 hours.
Indications. Influenza, respiratory viral infections, upper respiratory tract diseases, pneumonia, sore throat, measles, rubella, chicken pox, mumps infection.
Contraindications. Hypersensitivity to iodine preparations and to other components of the drug, the presence of allergic reactions regardless of the nature of the allergen, severe organic damage to the liver and kidneys, autonomous thyroid adenoma.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Do not use in children under 6 years of age.
Interaction with other drugs.An antivirus enhances the effect of antibacterial and immunomodulatory agents. It is advisable to combine the drug with ascorbic acid and other vitamins.
Method of administration and dosage. 1-5 drops per 100 ml of water 3-5 times a day after meals, always in the morning on an empty stomach. Shake before use!
Application features. In each case, the individual treatment regimen, course duration, as well as inter-course and intra-course breaks are determined by the doctor.
It is recommended to apply through a straw to avoid damage to tooth enamel, or add to food during meals. After eating, rinse your teeth with an alkaline water solution, or brush with toothpaste.
Storage life and conditions 2 years, at room temperature in a tightly closed dark bottle or in the dark, out of reach of children.
