What are KFS Koltsov plates?

Koltsov FSC (Functional State Corrector) is a medical product, a device designed to protect against external aggressive electromagnetic radiation. Koltsov's FSC manufacturing technology repeats the principles of organizing electromagnetic fields at the cellular level in a living organism. The FSC records harmonious, figurative information that has a beneficial effect on the body as a whole or on its individual functions in the rhythms of the Earth’s magnetic field and external cosmic radiation. As a result, FSCs are a synchronizer of the internal rhythms of the body with the rhythms of the external field, which is one of the main criteria for maintaining health. Information is recorded on Koltsov’s FSC, including to counteract psychoenergetic influences and neutralize biopathogenic fields, since FSCs can correct the frequency characteristics of the Earth’s Hartmann grid (a grid of force lines of the Earth’s acoustoelectric field). Based on many years of research on the use of the Kirlian effect for diagnostic purposes, Georgian biophysicist M.I. Shaduri writes in his book:

"elements of the biosystem, the structures of the body communicate with each other using images. Nature uses the same mechanism for distant interactions between organisms. The very concept of health means the coordinated work of all organs and systems, harmony with the environment.” Therefore, a necessary condition for restoring health is the synchronization of internal rhythms with the rhythms of the external field.

Koltsov’s FSC Functional State Corrector is precisely designed to solve this problem - synchronizing internal and external rhythms. The natural mechanism for the implementation of impacts and wave exchange between biosystems is the widespread use of scalar magnetic fields and associated longitudinal electromagnetic waves, which are bioinformational fields of living matter.

The experimental discovery of a scalar magnetic field was made by Tomsk physicist Gennady Vasilyevich Nikolaev (an application to register the discovery was submitted in 1982), who sawed a cylindrical magnet and turned one of the halves 180 degrees. The director of the Austrian Institute for Fundamental Physics, Stefan Marinov, after familiarizing himself with the discovery of G.V. We managed, independently of the work of G.V. Nikolaev, to make devices similar in principle of operation, but from flat magnetic materials. We have focused on preparing physiological wave sources, which can be images: polarization of various solutions, ointments; polarization of plants, etc.

Magnetization is carried out in passive generators of longitudinal waves in the natural rhythms of the external and magnetic fields of the Earth. And it is the Earth’s magnetic field that is both the power source and the communication line for the FSC.

The main goal we pursued was to learn how to make low-intensity longitudinal wave generators that are dynamically resistant to external disturbances, an electromagnetic homeopathic remedy to purposefully change the functional state of a biological object. After all, only in a nonequilibrium-stable system, which all living organisms are, small but effective disturbances can achieve global changes. It is the fact of organizing a constantly acting effect that is an insoluble problem for classical homeopathy. Since Koltsov’s FSCs do not shield external electromagnetic radiation, but transform it into a spatio-temporal structure compatible with the organization of the biosystem, it is capable of integrally maintaining the acid-base balance, the balance of redox processes, thereby supporting the complex hierarchy of the body’s biorhythms. Since longitudinal electromagnetic waves from the FSC in a small vicinity affect currents in conductors, they can be used to destroy electromagnetic smog from any electronic devices and as information sources with the necessary functionality for any existing physiotherapeutic equipment, and as independent sources of influence.

Koltsov FSCs passed certification tests and received the relevant documents from the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.

Koltsov plate is a device containing two external magnetic plastic plates that do not contain toxic materials. External dimensions 55x78 mm. At the corners inside these plates there are four identical devices measuring 14x19.5 mm, made in the form of four-layer rectangular plates made of high-quality magnetic rubber, 25 mm and 0.4 mm, respectively. The internal design of each of the plates is made in accordance with patents No. 2214843 and No. 2262361. The device is housed in a plastic case made of 750A ABS plastic.

A little physics. Mechanism of action:
Information recording is carried out by EM waves of various ranges on a magnetic medium using the so-called. "longitudinal wave effect". 1. Correction of the functional state

Water is involved in all metabolic processes in the large organism of the Earth and in every individual living creature. It is in close connection with all rhythmic processes in time and space. Water is the cosmic sense organ of the Earth. The cosmic properties and forms of movement of water are a reflection of the etheric flow and, as such, also serve as mediators of its action in the material world. And scientifically speaking, water contains microscopic crystals in the shape of diamond-shaped polygons, each of which contains about 900 molecules.
