Koltsov CFS plates in Belgium and Luxembourg: delivery, payment, original

Do you live in Belgium or Luxembourg and are looking for original Koltsov CFS plates? The questions always come up: where does the package ship from, how long does it take, how to pay, and how to ensure you are buying the original. This guide answers point by point. PKSOVA is an official distributor (ID 846) for the manufacturer "Planeta Regionov"; you can verify this number in the manufacturer's public registry.

Where orders to Belgium and Luxembourg ship from

Orders for the European Union generally ship from our main warehouse in Fulda (Germany). Belgium and Luxembourg are therefore delivered within the EU, with no customs processing. The carrier (most often DHL) and the exact shipping costs are displayed at the time of ordering, before payment. Generally, allow a few business days after shipment; up-to-date estimated delivery times are on the Shipping and returns page.

Price and currency

Catalog prices are displayed in euros for Europe. The total amount (plates, shipping costs, any cart promotion) appears before validation, with no hidden fees. Current offers, for example discounts on two or three plates, are visible in the Promotions section and directly in the cart.

How to pay

• Credit card Visa or Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, via the secure WayForPay page.
• SEPA transfer: bank details are displayed on the order page after validation.
• PayPal and other methods, when offered at checkout.

After payment, the order is prepared and you receive a tracking number; the status is also visible in your account.

Recognizing an original CFS plate

CFS plates are manufactured exclusively by "Planeta Regionov". To avoid copies:

• buy from a distributor registered in the manufacturer's registry and verify their number (for PKSOVA: ID 846);
• check the case, label, and original instructions provided with each plate;
• be wary of prices significantly lower than the official catalog and sellers who provide neither an address nor a registry number.

All details are on the Authenticity page and on the Official distributor in Europe page.

Where to start in the catalog

If this is your first plate, start with the Blue Basic series (eight numbered plates), then discover the Green series, the Gold series, or the Elite series. Each product page includes the manufacturer's description and instructions for use; the CFS user guide explains the basics. Do you prefer a model to wear on your wrist? See the CFS bracelets.

Returns

An unused product, in its original packaging, can be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to support approval. Full conditions are on the Shipping and returns page.
