The FSC bracelet is a convenient wearable format for correcting the functional state. It works on the same principles as the KFS plates, but is designed for constant wear throughout the day.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WEARING A BRACELET
Wear the bracelet on the wrist of either hand - it is recommended to alternate hands throughout the day or week.
Remove the bracelet at night to allow your body to adapt and rest from the effects.
The bracelet can be used to structure water: place the glass next to the bracelet or inside, leave for 1.5–6 minutes.
It is not recommended to wear the bracelet in the heart area (if worn as a pendant) and when working with an open fire, in a sauna, bathhouse.
The bracelet is compatible with FSC plates and enhances their effect when used together.
Protect the bracelet from sharp impacts and temperature changes - this will preserve its working properties.
