FSC (functional state corrector) is recommended to be used according to a scheme agreed upon with the consultant; contact time and body zones are selected individually.

Noticeable changes in condition are often noted after 3-4 weeks; for chronic processes, the period can be 1.5-3 monthsor more.

In case of acute pain symptoms, contact with the area of ​​pain is allowed, except for pain in the heart area. For heart pain, coordinate your tactics with your doctor; according to the brand's methods, pumping of the skeletal system is used.

Can be combined with lubrication of the extremities with structured water or means for external use after structuring.

  • Is the second FSC in the adaptation trio together with the FSC “ADAPTATION. BEGINNING" and "ADAPTATION. SYNTHESIS". This trio is your fundamental tool for helping the body cope with any change. FSCs help you get through them not as through a painful crisis, but as through a natural and evolutionary process of growth, minimizing losses and maximizing gains. You will experience the most effective results by consistently applying all three Correctors!
  • It is recommended to start working with the FSC “ADAPTATION. START". Carry out a daily “energy routine” - activation of energy centers (pumping). You can do this in the morning after waking up and/or in the evening after returning from society.
  • Basic recommendation for using a set of 3 FSCs:
    1. Put FSC “ADAPTATION. START" for 2-3 minutes, first under the tailbone (1st energy center, EC), then move it to the head (7th EC) for 2-3 minutes.
    2. Next, put aside the first Corrector and take “ADAPTATION. DEVELOPMENT", place the FSC for 7-8 minutes, first under the tailbone (1st EC), then move it to the head (7th EC) for 2-3 minutes, then go through the 2nd and 4th EC (hold for 3-5 minutes each).
    3. Next, put the second Corrector aside and take “ADAPTATION. SYNTHESIS” and walk through the 3rd, 5th and 6th EC. Hold on each EC for 3-5 minutes.
      If you carry out sequential activation of energy centers (pumping), then FSC “ADAPTATION. DEVELOPMENT" and "ADAPTATION. SYNTHESIS" can be swapped in the diagram (items 2.3). After “ADAPTATION. BEGINNING" take or "ADAPTATION. DEVELOPMENT" and "ADAPTATION. SYNTHESIS”, focus on your feelings.
    4. You can use “ADAPTATION. BEGINNING" two Correctors simultaneously - "ADAPTATION. DEVELOPMENT" and "ADAPTATION. SYNTHESIS" according to the scheme: "ADAPTATION. DEVELOPMENT" place under the coccyx (1st, EC), and "ADAPTATION. SYNTHESIS" on the 3rd EC for 3-5 minutes, then simultaneously move to other EC

  • Interaction with FSC energies is carried out using a standard set of methods: regular consumption of pure informatized water in adequate quantities recommended by doctors (30-40 ml per 1 kg of weight per day), activation of energy centers (pumping), showering and bathing
