Эсцинин (Крем)

Tonic cream with a regenerating effect.

Dosage form. The cream is white, slightly pink, slightly orange or gray in color with a characteristic odor.

Ingredients: horse chestnut fruit, wormwood herb, zinc chloride, hydrochloric acid solution, lanolin.

Pharmacological properties and action.

Escinin easily penetrates the skin, causing sensations ranging from a slight tingling sensation to an intense burning sensation.

It has a local analgesic and distracting effect for pain syndromes of various etiologies, and a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect.

Reduces capillary fragility, has a venotonic and membrane-stabilizing effect.

Promotes the resorption and elimination of pathologically hypertrophied, dystrophic and degenerative structures and formations of joints, joint capsules, tendon-ligamentous apparatus and intervertebral discs.

Restores the normal course of the metabolic process in connective tissue structures, stimulating sanogenetic reactions.

The drug Escinin has a significant delayed effect due to the information components of the mechanism of action, therefore, in many cases of chronic diseases with significant structural changes or long-standing injuries, a noticeable improvement in the patient’s condition occurs several months after the end of the second or third course of treatment.

Indications for use.

Escinin is used in the treatment of:

osteochondrosis with all accompanying syndromes,

diseases of the joints and surrounding structures of an inflammatory or dystrophic-degenerative nature,

traumatic muscle injuries

ligaments,

articular capsules

meniscus

tendons that are not accompanied by damage to the integrity of the skin.

It is recommended to use the drug for:

neuritis

neuralgia

varicose veins

myositis.....

Contraindications.

Damage to the integrity of the skin, burns, pustular diseases, dermatitis at the sites of application of the drug.

Prior myocardial infarction, cardiovascular failure of 2 and 3 degrees.

Method of application.

Escinin cream is applied in a thin layer to the skin over the affected organ and rubbed in with light movements until the skin remains moist, but without any drug residue. Over the next 15-20 minutes, when the drug is completely absorbed by the skin, the lubricated area should remain bare.
