I am Sergey Valentinovich Koltsov - I am one of the founders of the Planet of Regions company, director of scientific research, inventor of functional state correctors.
In 1974 he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University. Lomonosov. Since childhood I dreamed of launching rockets. Many generations have not been able to do this. I was lucky, as a young specialist, I was assigned to the Research Institute of Automation and Instrumentation. Worked on software for on-board control systems. And they launched first the well-known strategic missile “Zenith”, then “Buran”.
And at the moment when “Buran” landed safely, I realized that nothing is impossible in the world, people just don’t know how to do it YET. Apparently, without such a psychological attitude, intervening in completely unknown areas was hopeless and pointless.
Since 1990, we have intervened in such areas.
The idea of making information carriers that affect human physiology has been incubated for a long time. But at first there were not even instruments that could confirm or refute the effects of such carriers. The task of the very first plates was to compensate for the emerging current disturbances in the Earth's electromagnetic field, thereby adapting the biological object to the changed conditions.
Over the course of a number of years, a library of natural forms, images, aqueous solutions, stones and minerals has been collected and is still being replenished, and patterns are recorded. We managed to simultaneously combine a large number of these forms on one information medium, without excluding and not suppressing, but complementing each other’s actions. We have learned to record reflected light on any materials and correctly copy what nature puts into our hands, without introducing our own conjectures. The principle “Do no harm” is implemented.
I am glad that today there is an opportunity to convey this idea to a large number of people.

The person himself and only himself accepts or rejects information coming to him from various sources, checks it in practice or immediately speaks “It’s not for me,” without even bothering to find out a little more. He chooses a position - to completely rely on the opinion of recognized authorities or to go his own way, or perhaps to harmoniously combine successful experience with his own discoveries...

For almost two decades I have been promoting and introducing FSCs into people's lives - functional state correctors. Or KFSki, as many people call them. Millions of people in different parts of the world are already familiar with this abbreviation. I initially made the first Corrector for myself and my loved ones, when I realized that my body was “falling apart”, and medicine was throwing up its hands. I admit, I am very glad that my knowledge, experience and the principle of “Help yourself” were implemented in such a powerful project - FSC.
FSC is a device that is produced to synchronize the internal rhythms of the body with the rhythms of the external field. Information recorded on the FSC allows one to effectively counteract psycho-energetic destructive vibrations. FSC also helps the body neutralize the negative effects of biopathogenic fields. The FSC records figurative, harmonious information located in the rhythms of the Earth’s magnetic field and external cosmic radiation. It is impossible to erase or change the information recorded on the Correctors (at least in all the years this has never happened).
We have not come up with anything new, we are simply using for the common good what has already been given by nature.
Perhaps one of the most frequent questions asked to me is: “What is the principle of operation of the FSC?”
This is an electromagnetic phenomenon. In physics, electromagnetic waves are called longitudinal waves. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to present the material we are studying in the form of an equation, because it is impossible to take into account all environmental factors. This is a nonlinear phenomenon, so it is impossible to write a program, and it is also impossible to recalculate the data, but it is possible and necessary to use this phenomenon in everyday life. The radiation of the external field and the organization of the structure of the human body correspond to the rules for constructing musical and light scales, i.e. the principle of their construction is identical. The nature of the action of longitudinal electromagnetic waves is described in the book of the famous scientist Theodor Schwenk, “Sentient Chaos,” which was published in our country relatively recently, although more than 40 years have passed since it was written. There is not a single formula in this book, but it clearly shows the work of natural longitudinal electromagnetic waves and explains why shells twist into a spiral, why structures in the human body are organized in a spiral (DNA, RNA, etc.). Such spirals are a solid copy of the radiation we are talking about.
Another popular question is “What information can be written on the FSC?” Technically, you can register reflected light from any object. It can be leaves, minerals, any pictures, photographs, water. We work quite a lot with water sources that are recognized as healing. Water samples for research are brought to me from different parts of the planet, so my “library” contains a large number of samples from the most interesting sources from Russia, Mongolia, India, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, South Korea, Peru, Mexico, Tibet, Spain, Tanzania...
“Can FSC harm?” To produce FSC, weak magnetic vinyl is used, which cannot harm in any way, i.e. have a negative impact on human health. Any physiotherapeutic device, unlike functional state correctors, can overload a person, so its use must be strictly regulated. And in the production of FSCs, we use only natural phenomena, so the restrictions when using Correctors are minimal.
FSC is a self-regulating device, which, after eliminating the mismatch at the wave level (can occur due to viral or bacterial infection, psychological stress, etc.) stops working automatically and turns on again when any mismatch appears at the level of the body’s fluids. Therefore, FSCs primarily work with water, saturating it with useful information recorded on a specific Corrector, which the user uses in a certain period of time.
“Are you faced with the fact that not everyone believes in the benefits of Functional State Correctors for human health?”
Of course, and I take this absolutely calmly. We have collected a lot of evidence and confirmation of the effectiveness of FSC from a variety of institutions, including medical ones. There have been many cases when people first doubted FSC, but then delved deeper into this topic and became convinced of the benefits of Correctors. For example, scientists from the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences did not believe for several years that FSC could have a positive effect on humans. They tested the Correctors for four years, and then came to us, made a report, laid out the statistics that they had collected during this time, and said that the data obtained can be perceived as official clinical trials and confirmation of the benefits of FSC. Their report stated that FSC is an effective long-term prophylactic.
To confirm the effectiveness of the Correctors, I will add that we held 11 scientific and practical conferences, where scientists, highly qualified doctors, specialists in the field of medicine and health care spoke. They talked about their methods of using FSC as an additional tool in the treatment of certain diseases. At the same time, they confirmed the information in their reports using various diagnostic and research methods.
“Why have so many Correctors and different series been released?” FSCs are information carriers. And there are an infinite number of combinations of interaction of vortex fields.

I believe that it is very difficult or even impossible to understand how a living system (human cell) functions without experience in developing complex closed control systems. It turned out that the oscillatory processes that occur in a living cell are much more complex than the entire rocket control system.
I graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University in 1974 (department of theoretical mechanics). And then, until 1990, he worked in the space industry - as a senior researcher at NPOAP (currently the Research and Production Center for Automation and Instrumentation named after Academician N.A. Pilyugin), where they created control systems and on-board programs for space rockets. During the launch of the well-known space complex "Buran" I was at the MCC the head of a place called "Orbital Dynamics".
