Specific methods and course duration for this FSC are selected individually - check the recommendations with your consultant or in the materials in the “Blog” section. Below is a general guide to working with any Koltsov FSC plate.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR APPLICATION OF FSC

1. The main purpose of FSC is to change the structure of aqueous solutions. It is recommended to drink several glasses of water structured at any FSC, bringing its total volume (not counting other drinks) to 30 ml per 1 kg of weight per day.
2. To increase efficiency, it is recommended to periodically pump through energy centers. Detailed techniques are described in the brochure “Methods for using FSC”. A simple option with two plates: put one under your left leg, take the second in your right hand for 3-5 minutes, then switch sides.
3. Put one FSC under the tailbone, hold the second one with your hand on the cervical spine for 3–5 minutes. It is advisable to repeat this procedure in the morning and evening.
4. For skin lesions, it is recommended to structure solutions, creams and gels once for external application to problem areas.
5. In a stream, water is structured instantly - the FSC can be attached to a tap or shower head, wrapped in a plastic bag.
6. You need to structure water AFTER boiling and/or heating.
7. A sudden change in the temperature effect on the plate is not recommended - this will shorten its service life.
8. If a specific FSC has a special structuring time, it is given in its description. To speed up the process, place the FSC under a container of water and create a “vortex flow” with a spoon - structuring will take 1-3 minutes.
9. Wearing the FSC on the body is permissible in any area except the heart. Fat burning and detox plates are convenient to carry in a fabric pocket on your stomach. It is advisable to take it off at night so that the body adapts.
