FSC Healthy teeth

The Koltsov FSC plate “Healthy teeth” (functional state corrector - FSC) works best on an individually agreed schedule from your consultant.

Noticeable changes are often reported after 3-4 weeks; with chronic issues, allow 1.5-3 months or longer.

For acute pain you may contact the sore area, except cardiac/heart-area pain. For heart-related pain, follow your clinician; brand booklets describe bone-system “pumping” routines.

You may combine with topical structured water or externally used products once structured.

General FSC use

1. Primary role: structuring aqueous solutions. Drink several glasses of water structured on any FSC daily, up to about 30 ml per 1 kg body weight (excluding other beverages).
2. Periodically perform energy-centre routines; see the “FSC application methods” booklet. Simple bone routine: one plate under the left foot, another in the right hand for 3-5 minutes, then swap sides.
3. One plate under the tailbone, another at the cervical area for 3-5 minutes, morning and evening.
4. For skin lesions, structure lotions, creams, or gels once before topical use.
5. Running water structures quickly: attach the plate to the tap or shower rose inside a protective wrap.
6. Structure water after boiling and/or heating.
7. Avoid abrupt temperature shocks to extend service life.
8. If a model lists structuring time, it refers to water already in the vessel; swirling with a spoon on a plate under the vessel often takes 1-3 minutes.
