These programs work as a background that a person does not even realize: he simply “knows” that he will not succeed, that he has no right to success, that being noticed is dangerous. HEALING OF CHILDHOOD TRAUMA AND RELATIONSHIP WITH MOTHER

One of the key aspects of FSC is working with resentment towards the mother as a guide of life. For a small child, the mother is the first face of the world, the first contact with reality. Her love or coldness, acceptance or rejection become the foundation on which a person’s attitude towards life, towards other people, towards himself and even towards God is built. An offense against a mother is subconsciously perceived as an offense against Life and the Universe itself. And while this connection is not realized, a person will unconsciously project his childhood perception onto adult relationships, repeating the same painful scenarios. FSC launches several interrelated processes:

• Releasing children's grievances against mother - FSC energies gently but systematically rewrite the attitudes laid down in early childhood. The child perceives the world literally: shouting, severity = “they don’t like me,” “I’m bad.” In adulthood, these beliefs turn into deep beliefs and control behavior unconsciously. FSC brings back awareness of the fact: the mother gave everything she could within the framework of her knowledge, resources and trauma. The past cannot be changed, you can only accept it, let it go and stop being in the position of a “victim”. The user stops reproducing the model of his parents in relationships with his own children. He learns to act not out of automatism “I was raised this way,” but out of a conscious balance between love and severity, which allows him to form healthy, stable mental boundaries in the child, necessary for his future independent life
• Release the “uncryed” - emotions suppressed in childhood (tears, fear, shock, anger, helplessness) do not disappear, but go into the body, settling in the form of muscle tension and provoking psychosomatic diseases. FSC helps these states come out - the body completes those reactions that were once interrupted and blocked. The process can be emotionally intense, but it is a necessary part of cleansing. • Healing the trauma of rejection in those who grew up in orphanages or does not remember their mother - for a person deprived of a maternal figure at an early age, the trauma is of a special, fundamental nature.
