Headache and sleep
FSC 20 and “Winner” on the head - the pain goes away quickly. “Winner” normalized sleep after a long period of insomnia. At the 3rd chakra I feel relaxation - better than any meditation.

Insomnia gone
I suffered from insomnia and took Donormil. FSC 20 on the tailbone and pumping with “Winner” - on the 3rd chakra there is relaxation, thoughts are not spinning, I fell asleep. Better breathing practices.
